Who is the Content Designer?
We’re looking for a multidisciplinary creative who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and user experience. Whether you're a copywriter pivoting into UI, a marketing designer with a gift for narrative, or a freelancer seeking a more stable team-based role, this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll collaborate closely with a senior design lead in Singapore and cross-functional teams across the region. You’ll help shape and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for device protection products — turning concepts into beautifully crafted visuals, messaging, and user experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong UI fundamentals, a knack for visual storytelling, and the copywriting chops to bring clarity and persuasion to everything from buttons to banner ads.
What are the key responsibilities?
UI/UX & Visual Design
Design clean, intuitive, responsive user interfaces (web/mobile)
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Prototype and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback
Design digital assets like banners, product pages, emails, and decks
Elevate the look and feel of client and sales presentations
Creative Writing & Messaging
Shape product narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and internal teams
Write compelling copies, headlines, product descriptions, and GTM messaging
Translate strategy into storytelling across multiple touchpoints
Ensure messaging is clear, persuasive, and on-brand in both Chinese and English
Brand & Communication Strategy
Collaborate on evolving our brand identity and tone of voice
Support cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing) in aligning visual and written communication
Ensure consistency across product, marketing, and client materials
Present ideas and creative work clearly to stakeholders and iterate effectively
Help solve creative problems by listening, asking intentional and solution-oriented questions, and clarifying goals
Remote & Cross-Team Collaboration
Work independently with high accountability
Stay proactive and communicative when working across time zones and functions
Coordinate with regional teams, primarily across Taiwan and Singapore
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
3–5+ years of experience in a design, content, or brand role (agency or in-house)
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphic design, and copywriting
Proficient in Figma; basic prototyping a plus
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a bonus, not a must
Strong attention to detail and able to deliver high-quality work under pressure
Fluent in both Chinese and English — written and spoken
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a remote team
Previously freelanced or worked across varied projects? Great — we value adaptability and creative ownership
