U.S. Transparency in Coverage Information
In compliance with the U.S. Transparency in Coverage Rule, Asurion makes available machine-readable files that include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The files are hosted and maintained by our U.S. self-insured health plan administrator, UnitedHealthcare.
