Continuous Improvement Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the department programs & activities including planning, budgeting, and performance review
- Lead overall deployment of Lean Six Sigma Program from training module development, training facilitation and project coaching.
- Lead the design and development of company Quarterly Incentive Program (QIP) and alignment of scorecard across business units.
- Drive the overall program deployment of idea intake, continuous innovation journey and ensure alignment of the activities with our process maturity level.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to drive the local Lean Sigma rewards & recognition program
- Liaison with external consultants in providing technical support and benchmarking of advanced problem-solving methodologies.
- Complies with all company standards and procedures.
- Executes, contributes to and participates in 6S activities within assigned station/area.
- Complies with all the company and all other applicable local safety regulations.
