  • Vendor Management: Proven experience assessing and managing consultants and vendors.
  • Equity & Inclusion: Promote equitable compensation and benefits practices, ensuring fair pay practices and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international compensation and benefits regulations, and manage risk related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and provide insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with business leaders, finance, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Recognition and Rewards: Develop and implement innovative recognition and rewards programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement, driving employee motivation and performance. Design or participate in the design of all variable reward programs, including those for executive, sales, research, and other groups.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, including leadership experience in global compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Global Expertise: Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, with experience managing programs across multiple regions, including the US, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional, global teams, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term compensation and benefits plans that align with organizational goals and future growth.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven, with the ability to analyze compensation and benefits trends, generate insights, and make recommendations based on market data and business needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.  Advanced certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred.
