What do Field Sales Experts do?

Team meeting & stocking
At the start of every shift, Experts meet their team at the closest Forward Stocking Location (FSL). There, you'll grab the tools and equipment needed to complete all your appointments for the day. 
Drive to appointments
Experts drive their personal vehicle to customer appointments. You can expect to drive up to 120 miles each-way to customer appointments (depending on your location). 
Time to solve problems!

Every customer interaction is important. You'll provide exceptional technical support and upsell our products & services at every appointment. 
What is expected of a Field Sales Expert?
  • Provide in-person technical support (e.g. device setup, smart home troubleshooting).
  • Drive to and from customers' homes using your personal vehicle - up to 120 miles each way.
  • Receive and provide feedback to encourage individual and team growth.
  • Upsell Asurion products and services.
  • Meet sales and service goals.

What do you need to get started?
A personal vehicle to drive to and from appointments.
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other household pets.
Ability to work 5 days per week, including evening hours.
Must be 18 years or older, and adhere to onboarding requirements.
