What do Field Sales Experts do?
Every customer interaction is important. You'll provide exceptional technical support and upsell our products & services at every appointment.
- Provide in-person technical support (e.g. device setup, smart home troubleshooting).
- Drive to and from customers' homes using your personal vehicle - up to 120 miles each way.
- Receive and provide feedback to encourage individual and team growth.
- Upsell Asurion products and services.
- Meet sales and service goals.

Candidates are required to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle check.
After onboarding, you will receive a welcome call from Asurion to talk through your first-day details.
Training information will be sent to you 2 or 3 days before your 1st day.
