What do our In-Home Sales & Tech Support teams do?

Serve
At the start of every shift, Experts meet their team at the closest Forward Stocking Location (FSL). There, you'll grab the tools and equipment needed to complete all your appointments for the day. 
Solve
Experts drive to customer appointments. You can expect to drive up to 120 miles each-way to customer appointments (depending on your location). 
Sell

Every customer interaction is important. You'll provide exceptional technical support and upsell our products & services at every appointment. 

What is expected of an In-Home Sales & Tech Support employee?

  • Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets; efficient, adaptable, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience with a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
  • Willing to travel up to 120 miles one-way for customer appointments.
  • Must have a personal cellphone for job-related communication and be comfortable working around household pets.
  • Naturally outgoing and open-minded, with a passion for learning and thriving in human interaction.

  • Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
