What do Support Experts do?

Identify & deploy solutions
Using Asurion's cutting edge technology, Experts identify customer pain points and then deploy a solution.
Explain product capabilities
Experts are subject matter experts when it comes to Asurion products. Sharing product capabilities, wireless product offerings and company policies is something that takes place on every call. 
Upsell Asurion

Being at the forefront of our customer's technology frustration, it is the Experts job to provide recommendations for additional Asurion products to protect their technology in the future.

What do you need to get started?
High school diploma or equivalent.
High attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
Must be friendly, professional and respectful. 
Ability to work 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer.
