Requirements:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERT

-Minimum of 1 year BPO / Call Center Technical Support experience

-At least 6 months BPO / Call Center Sales experience

-At least a high school diploma

CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERT

-Minimum of 1 year BPO / Call Center Customer Support experience

-At least 6 months BPO / Call Center Sales experience

-At least a high school diploma
