What do Support Experts do?

Identify & deploy solutions
Using Asurion's cutting edge technology, Experts identify customer pain points and then deploy a solution.
Explain product capabilities
Experts are subject matter experts when it comes to Asurion products. Sharing product capabilities, wireless product offerings and company policies is something that takes place on every call. 
Upsell Asurion

Being at the forefront of our customer's technology frustration, it is the Experts job to provide recommendations for additional Asurion products to protect their technology in the future.

What do you need to get started?

Must be 18 years or older, and adhere to onboarding requirements.
Must be able to work different shifts (day, mid, and/or night).
Previous experience working in a call center providing customer support.
Experience working in an environment where you are required to meet sales goals. 
Must be personable and have a natural ability to solve problems.
