Sr. Analyst, Security Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain compliance programs, frameworks, and tools to manage and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards.
- Develop and implement systems and tools such as the Certificates, Licenses and Legal Compliance (CLLC) Monitoring System for tracking compliance performance across departments ensuring timely and effective reporting
- Create and update policies, and procedures for the implementation and monitoring of compliance across departments
- Conduct macro environmental scanning to identify relevant external factors that may impact compliance and drive the development of programs to execute and manage compliance efficiently.
- Provide support to department process owners in performing compliance assessments and mitigation actions
- Assist process owners in identifying legal compliance risk and provide guidance on mitigation strategies and best practices
- Act as resource during internal and external audits and ensure program readiness supporting various certification initiatives and ensure that audit findings are address promptly and corrective actions and implemented
- Supports the recertification, self-assessment and audits for security standard (C-TPAT and TAPA-FSR) and clients’ requirements
- Conduct regular assessment of internal controls and security standards to ensure compliance with customer audits, security certifications and other related audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal compliance issues and ensure appropriate corrective measures are implemented
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience related to compliance, program, or project management set-up.
