The Senior Manager of Strategy designs and optimizes client engagement programs, ensuring excellent customer interactions and driving upsell opportunities.

For new programs, this role collaborates with the business development team to recommend optimal structures, create financial models, communicate key drivers, and influence stakeholders for favorable outcomes. For existing programs, this individual enhances performance by balancing individual and overall program economics. Responsibilities include maintaining performance dashboards, leading cross-functional reviews, influencing business partners, and understanding program metrics.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Support Program Management in customer engagements, solving issues, and upselling products.

· Assist in monthly executive reviews on program performance, focusing on engagement volumes, service costs, upsell rates, and value creation.

· Understand program dynamics, performance, initiatives, variance reporting, and recommend actions.

· Collaborate with business development, finance, and pricing teams to develop optimal structures for new clients and create financial models.

· Work with operations, finance, and product teams to prepare monthly review presentations.

· Develop common perspectives on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities with Program Management.

· Perform root-cause analyses on client escalations and provide resolution paths.

· Establish strong cross-functional relationships to implement improvement initiatives in sales, customer experience, and cost savings.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of relevant professional experience

· Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent required

· Experience in management consulting, financial services, insurance, or risk management strongly preferred.

· Ability to drive alignment and consensus across different parts of the organization.

· Strong business acumen and communications skills needed to interface with executive management.

· Experience in PowerPoint creation and storytelling.

· Superior Excel, financial modeling & mathematical skills.

· Demonstrated problem solver with ability to act as an analytical thought partner.

· Strong critical thinking skills to form key analysis and present insights to executive leaders.

· Experience applying strong problem-solving skills to complex financial/operational problems and associated integrated processes.

· Experience drawing insights and recommendations from disparate data sets.

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build complex reporting and analytic models needed to understand issues at a detailed level and forecast impacts of change.

· Strong stakeholder management & influence skills.

· Strong project management skills.
