JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Asurion’s compliance program, focusing on legal, regulatory and security standards compliance within the Philippines. Closely collaborate with process owners to monitor, assess, and report on compliance related activities ensuring that Asurion’s practices aligned with legal, regulatory and security standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain compliance programs, frameworks, and tools to manage and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards.
  • Develop and implement systems and tools such as the Certificates, Licenses and Legal Compliance (CLLC) Monitoring System for tracking compliance performance across departments ensuring timely and effective reporting
  • Create and update policies, and procedures for the implementation and monitoring of compliance across departments
  • Conduct macro environmental scanning to identify relevant external factors that may impact compliance and drive the development of programs to execute and manage compliance efficiently.
  • Provide support to department process owners in performing compliance assessments and mitigation actions
  • Assist process owners in identifying legal compliance risk and provide guidance on mitigation strategies and best practices
  • Act as resource during internal and external audits and ensure program readiness supporting various certification initiatives and ensure that audit findings are address promptly and corrective actions and implemented
  • Supports the recertification, self-assessment and audits for security standard (C-TPAT and TAPA-FSR) and clients’ requirements
  • Conduct regular assessment of internal controls and security standards to ensure compliance with customer audits, security certifications and other related audits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal compliance issues and ensure appropriate corrective measures are implemented

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience related to compliance, program, or project management set-up.
