All Premier Support technicians graduate from Premier Support University. Through a combination of classroom and hands-on training in Asurion’s in-house innovation lab, technicians receive the education they need to support all devices, platforms and customer use cases. So whether customers need troubleshooting help with a specific operating system or connecting devices to their digital home ecosystem, our team ensures customers get the most out of their device and all the technology they connect to it.
