Do you have?

  • A home address within the Nashville, TN area
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months’ customer service experience
  • Ability to use appropriate grammar and tone to provide information and problem resolution to customers
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required including evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as be able to attend each class of the 6-week virtual training period
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Do you have a suitable work-at-home environment?
Being successful in a work-at-home environment means ensuring you can perform your job free of distractions and interruptions. This means you must complete your entire shift free from background noise and have no interruptions from family members and/or pets. In addition, you will need to have an adequate workspace for the required phone, computers and monitors.
Do you meet necessary technical requirements?
Asurion will provide you with a complete work computer system needed to perform the role.  You will be required to have self-provided internet service that meets a minimum download speed of 6.0 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 786 Kbps along with a self-provided landline phone.
These requirements will not be reimbursable and must be maintained throughout employment.
