Territory Manager - Chicago, IL

Primary Function

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and execute company initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.  Responsible for building and growing productive relationships with store leaders.  Expand the program knowledge and drive program advocacy with store associates and leadership.  This position will work with retail operators to identify growth and process improvement opportunities.

Territory Management Responsibilities

  • Improve program performance metrics of retail stores in an assigned geographic territory
  • Achieve territory specific sales numbers and operating plan
  • Identify high priority stores within assigned territory
  • Ensure merchandise execution of all store program collateral

Collaboration and Influence

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with in-store personnel
  • Identify store champions at each location to drive sales
  • Collaborate with store leadership on performance goals
Client Education
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, programs and champion the Asurion brand
  • Establish brand advocacy through strategic in store training and merchandising
  • Coordinate and conduct any grand opening and store meetings to drive product knowledge
Qualifications
  • Experience in training, sales, account management or related experience
  • Experience working in a retail sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive sales strategy
  • Results-oriented and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to utilize technology to communicate consumer value proposition
  • Flexibility to work a Monday – Friday schedule.  Some weekend work required
